Known from the press

Before founding the consultancy boutique, Gunnar held leadership positions, including serving as a German Board Member, Head of Sales & Business Development, and Regional Manager at a major global real estate consultancy, as well as Head of Investment & Asset Management at a German real asset and investment manager. He also served as a Board Member at an international real estate advisory firm and as a Strategic Advisor at an international brokerage firm. Earlier in his career, he worked at two of the Big Four advisory firms in consulting and corporate finance. His career began at an internationally renowned architectural firm.

In addition to Gunnar Gombert STRATEGY CONSULTING, Gunnar is Managing Director and Co-Founder of NeoBid, focusing on energy procurement and optimization for real estate portfolios.

He is a Professor for Real Estate at IU International University of Applied Sciences and holds a teaching position at the Technical University of Munich specializing in Real Estate Markets and Real Estate Investors. Furthermore, Gunnar has been a lecturer in Strategic Management for many years. By education, he is an architect, a doctor of engineering with a MBA.

Gunnar brings extensive and diverse skills and experience from management, consulting and the real estate industry. The result: a reliable and personal partnership with his clients - from the first analysis of the initial situation to measurable results and sustainable success.

Even though we intentionally do not operate as a large consulting firm, success is never solely attributed to the efforts of an individual.
